Bishop Isaac & Fannie M. Metcalf moved from their home town of Mississippi,being lead by the Spirit of God to start  Apostle Doctrine Fellowship of Kansas City in 1974,parents of 14 children as well as 60+ grandschildren.
 
Because of their desire to believe that all children should have good quality education,they were lead to start The Isaac & Fannie Metcalf Foundation to help release some of the financial burden cost of going to High schools / Colleges for youth in our communities.
We have serveral activities annually to raise funds for this family scholarship.
